The Surakarta English and Literature Journal (SELJU) is a peer-reviewed academic publication that focuses on the interdisciplinary study of language, literature, and culture, with a particular emphasis on the cultural and educational contexts of Surakarta (Solo), Indonesia. The journal aims to promote scholarly dialogue that connects local wisdom and global perspectives within the fields of English studies, linguistics, education, and cultural inquiry.
