Peer Review Process

All articles submitted to NEW RATU ADIL UNSA will be reviewed in double-blind review method. Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers (double-blind review method). In general, each article will be reviewed by one to two people reviews.

The response of the reviewers will be the basis for the Editor to conclude
1. Revisions Required
2. Accept Submission
3. Decline Submission

An article was rejected for publication due to various considerations, including:
1. The article does not fit the scope
2. The article does not follow the rules of writing scientific papers / do not follow the guidelines authors
3. The fundamental methodological errors
4. The author refuses to make suggestions of improvements provided by the reviewer without a logical basis.
5. There are indications of plagiarism of more than 30%

 

Publication Frequency

NEW RATU ADIL UNSA: Journal of Law and Social Policy, is a peer reviewed journal managed and published by the Faculty of Law, Surakarta University and can work with other publishers to improve the quality of publications. NEW RATU ADIL UNSA is published regularly twice a year in March and September.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that research results are freely available to the public in order to support the general exchange of knowledge.

 

Plagiarism Policy

All articles sent to NEW RATU ADIL UNSA must be the original work of the author or be free of plagiarism. Articles sent to NEW RATU ADIL UNSA have never been and have not been posted in any media. The author is responsible for the authenticity of the manuscript sent. All incoming manuscripts will be authenticated to prevent plagiarism by using Turnitin or anti-plagiarism software maximum 30%.

 

Publication Ethic

New Ratu Adil Unsa is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Surakarta University. This journal is available in print and online and respects publication ethics and avoids any kind of plagiarism. This statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, editor in chief, editorial board, peer-reviewer and publisher (Faculty of Law, Surakarta University).
