The program is designed to strengthen employee skills, improve operational efficiency, and encourage innovation in the production process.

The activity implementation method consists of several stages, namely preparation, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The preparation stage includes coordination with stakeholders and development of training materials. In the training phase, employees are provided with knowledge and skills in applying innovative HRM techniques. Implementation involves the direct application of the management practices that have been taught. Monitoring is conducted periodically to evaluate the implementation and its impact.

The results of these activities showed a significant improvement in employee skills, especially in terms of time management, resource management, and problem solving. Operational efficiency also improved, as evidenced by reduced production time and improved end-product quality. In addition, there was increased innovation in the livestock and farming processes, such as the adoption of new technologies and more efficient management methods.

Evaluation of the activities revealed several challenges faced, including resistance to change from some employees and limited resources to support long-term implementation. Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct capacity building on an ongoing basis and increase support from management to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program has also had a positive impact on the welfare of the local community and can serve as a model for the development of other small and medium enterprises.

Keywords: Human Resource Management, Innovation, Productivity.
2024-12-20T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Surakarta Abdimas Journalhttps://ejurnal.unsa.ac.id/index.php/saj/article/view/281Aksi Peduli Lingkungan untuk Mewujudkan Komunitas Sehat dan Keberlanjutan Bagi Masyarakat Pesisir Mangrove2024-12-06T03:29:39+00:00Nik Amahnikamah@unipma.ac.id
Abstract

The mangrove ecosystem has good biodiversity in the form of flora and fauna. Mangroves function in coastal areas as a habitat in sea waters. Mangroves have a major impact on nature and living things. One of the ecosystems in the coastal area is the mangrove ecosystem, likewise the Oesapa coast has a mangrove ecosystem, but the condition of the mangrove forest on the Oesapa coast has long been buried by garbage. The garbage found consists of three categories, namely garbage from coastal communities, tourists and nature such as tree branches. Plastic waste is a problem that needs attention because it can have a negative impact on the marine ecosystem and the environment around the coast. Reprocessing plastic waste is an effort to avoid environmental pollution by plastic waste and can minimize the risk of spreading diseases due to microorganisms contained in organic waste. The community can also sell the waste to get extra money. This activity gave an exciting and extraordinary impression to the participants of the Inbound PMM 2 Nusa Cendana University, and this mangrove coastal cleanup movement succeeded in increasing public awareness and concern in maintaining the cleanliness of the Oesapa mangroves.

Keywords : Mangrove, Environmental Conservation, Beach Cleanup, Trash, Ecotourism
2024-12-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Surakarta Abdimas Journalhttps://ejurnal.unsa.ac.id/index.php/saj/article/view/287Pemasaran Berbasis Komunitas dan Kemitraan Pada Kaliboto Green Institute2024-12-18T02:07:19+00:00sulistyolistyo313@gmail.com
Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze community-based marketing strategies and partnerships undertaken by Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution engaged in goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing in Central Java. Using a qualitative approach through case studies, this research explores the role of local communities and strategic partnerships in expanding markets and increasing product sales. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis.

The results show that community-based marketing is effective in strengthening local community involvement and increasing product acceptance in the market. Partnerships with cooperatives and educational institutions also contributed significantly in supporting product marketing and distribution. However, some challenges such as coordination among partners and limited resources need to be addressed to improve the success of the program.

This study provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to leverage the power of community and partnerships in marketing strategies. Based on this, the village government should have prepared a population database that is systematic and well-stored. However, it is undeniable that not all villages in Indonesia have a population database that is well-organized, including in Salakan Village at that time. When the community service team first coordinated with the Head of Salakan Village, information was obtained that the population data storage owned by Salakan Village had been computerized with ordinary Microsoft Excel, but had not been made systematically due to the limited capabilities of village officials regarding the Microsoft Excel application. This motivated the community service team to provide additional insight that the population data storage that was already owned could be improved into systematic data. The improvement was carried out through training in creating a database using Microsoft Excel 2010 for the Salakan Village apparatus on Saturday, July 11, 2020. The results of this training, the participants have understood that population data can be created systematically by creating a database using Microsoft Excel 2010, and most of the participants have also succeeded in practicing it.

Keywords : database, Microsoft Excel 2010, Salakan Village
2024-12-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Surakarta Abdimas Journalhttps://ejurnal.unsa.ac.id/index.php/saj/article/view/289Literasi Mengenai Penerapan Komunikasi Inter Personal Antara Orang Tua dengan Anak untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Positif Anak2024-12-30T02:50:41+00:00Doni Mardiyantohlc.donsmart@gmail.com
Abstract

From the past until now, many parents feel confused and difficult in shaping positive behavior in children. Parents also often feel unable to understand their children's behavior that always tests their patience, so it is not uncommon for parents to become angry and apply punishment to children. This has an impact on the formation of children's perceptions that become negative towards parents. The child will feel that he is not understood, causing him to behave negatively such as lying, not doing his responsibilities at home, and others. One of the efforts that can be made to improve children's positive behavior is for parents to apply effective communication to children in interaction. With this Community Service Activity, it is hoped that it can provide new understanding, knowledge and skills for parents in implementing interpersonal communication with children. Therefore, a warm relationship between parents and children can be established, so that it is followed by positive behavior in children that will also increase. Activities are carried out using the counseling method, namely interpersonal by providing understanding and knowledge related to interpersonal communication so that it becomes a new skill that parents will learn in applying communication when interacting with children. The results of this activity show that parents gain new understanding, knowledge and skills related to applying interpersonal communication when interacting with children. In addition, parents realize that the communication applied so far with children is not appropriate, causing frequent conflicts and having an impact on children's negative behavior.

Keywords : Personality Communication, Parents, Children's Positive Behavior
2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Surakarta Abdimas Journal
